Boké, 11 Oct (IBC) – La commission électorale préfectorale indépendante (CEPI ) de Boké en collaboration avec la CENI, a lancé, dimanche, 11 octobre 2020, un atelier de formation des formateurs des membres de Bureau de vote (BV) ainsi que les membres des commissions de réception et transmission des procès-verbaux (PV), rapporte un correspondant de votre quotidien en ligne infosbruts.com en Basse Guinée.
Pour le représentant du Ministère de l’Administration du Territoire et la Décentralisation (MATD), Mohamed Soumah, « cette formation est d’outiller les membres des différentes commissions à jouer correctement leur partition dans le processus en vue d’une élection transparente, juste et apaisé en Guinée. »
A l’heure, la préfecture de Boké compte environ 203 mille électeurs pour 577 bureaux de vote dont 76 pour la commune urbaine.
Pendant ce temps, le taux de distribution des cartes d’électeurs est estimé à 85% au niveau de la préfecture de Boké, selon le président de la CEPI, El Hadj Sékou Souaré.
D’après lui, la formation est axée sur la manière pédagogique par laquelle, son institution entend amener chaque acteur du processus électoral, à pouvoir jouer convenablement son rôle régalien.
Une manière d’éviter le cumul de fonction et de dérapages pouvant entraver le déroulement du scrutin du 18 octobre 2020.
